Issue/Introduction

• Adding IP address in IP allocation pool fails with below error,

 Internal Server Error - could not execute update query - ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "uq_lnet_scope_name"
 Detail: Key (scope_type, scope_id, name)=(3, c441####-####-####-####--########90a2, <Network name>) already exists.

• From VMware Cloud Director logs/opt/vmware/vcloud-director/logs/vcloud-container-info,  the following entries are seen:

Cause

This issue can occur when there is a old network entry present with the same scope id.
