Cannot find gpfdist logs for PowerCenter 10.5.x

Issue/Introduction

Informatica PowerExchange for Greenplum sets the Greenplum Loader Logging level default to None.

Resolution

When Greenplum Loader Logging is set to Verbose then all the gpload and gpfdist logs will dump into gpload logs files.

Greenplum Loader Logging

Sets the logging level for the gpload utility. You can select one of the following values:

• None
• Verbose
• Very Verbose
• Default is None.
