Rally - Users can’t Drag and Drop Fields in Multiple UI Pages

Issue/Introduction

Some Rally users are unable to reorder fields within in many FDP pages by dragging and dropping. This issue affects in many pages (e.g., FEA, PRJ, DE, US). The drag-and-drop functionality for field arrangement is currently not working as expected.

Resolution

To address the issue of fields not being sortable on the Full-Detail Page (FDP), follow these steps:

  1. Uncheck Fields: Ask the user to uncheck any field from the ‘Show Fields’ button.
  2. Apply Changes: Click ‘Apply.’
  3. Reselect Fields: Return to the ‘Show Fields’ menu and reselect the desired fields.

By following these steps, the page will refresh, allowing the user to freely rearrange the fields.
