Link to Common Investment Name does not work on To Dos on Canvas

Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1- Configure a Page blueprint with a Canvas
2- Enable To Dos for the Canvas and Publish
3- Create a page and link it to the blueprint created
4- In To Dos, add the Common Investment Name column 
5- Investment Link is displayed, but does not do anything when clicking it

Expected Results: Investment link on Canvas To Dos takes user to the parent investment
Actual Results: Investment link creates a javascript error
ppm-lib-bd91a20d40.min.js:19 TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'promise')

The same issue was present in tasks and got addressed as per DE71019
