cdm probes unable to find the data.

Issue/Introduction

When we deploy the cdm probe on some server we are unable to find the data.

Environment

UIM 20.49

IM 20.49

robot 9.41

windows Server 2019 Data center, 64-bit

Resolution

 Follow the below step at IM Installed M/c:-

= Closed the IM and rename the util folder from %tem%

= open the IM and check the CDM configuration
