Error: "Class 'ETDYNAccount' is not a valid class name" while using etautil

Issue/Introduction

When run etautil error messages appear:

"Class 'ETDYNAccount' is not a valid class name"

"ETAUTIL return code = 136"

 

Environment

IM 14.5 (but probably the problem and the resolution are the same for other versions)

Cause

etautil command should be run with -DYN option.

Resolution

Add -DYN option when run etautiul. E.g.:

etautil -d IM -u etaadmin -p <password> -DYN -f .\test.txt
