Issue/Introduction

When installing Healthwatch Tile for first time, if the initial Apply Changes fails (E.g due to a CPI errors), Tile UI may not be accessible through Ops Manager. Below can be found a screenshot of the error.

Environment

Seen in Healthwatch 2.3.0 (it may happen with other versions too)

Resolution

Solving the underlying problem (E.g CPI errors) and running Apply Changes successfully should solve the issue.
