Issue/Introduction

To change the Membership Source from manual (MFA) to SSO, follow the instructions below:

Resolution

  1. First you will need to remove the user from their current UserGroup.
  2. Then have the user log back in. 

If the SSO Key/Value is configured correctly, then the user will be mapped back into that UserGroup automatically, and the source should now show SSO.
