TKGI metrics are missing from Healthwatch after upgrade to Operations Manager 3.0

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade to Operations Manager 3.0, most of TKGI metrics are missing from Grafana dashboard. In bosh-metrics-exporter logs on pks-exporter instance, the following error keeps repeating.

Environment

• Operations Manager 3.0
• Healthwatch 2.2 and below

Cause

Bosh-metrics-exporter relies on BOSH System Metrics Server component on BOSH director VM. However the component was removed since Operations Manager 3.0 according to release note. 

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in Healthwatch v2.3.
