Vertica upgrade failed but DB now running on 11.1.1-24

Issue/Introduction

Vertica upgrade to 23.3.12 failed  

Vertica version upgrade detected. Running upgrade tasks.
Creating procedures directory if it doesn't already exist
Database not up, skipping upgrade hooks that require an UP database
        Database startup not yet successful --- no nodes report up.
        Waiting can sometimes resolve this problem, especially on databases with large cat                                                                                                                                              
        See Database Cluster State in Main Menu for updated cluster state.
Database drdata did not start successfully: Nodes Failed to come up.
Hint: if you use Eon mode, then you may need to start all primary nodes.
Starting Vertica database failed ........................................[FAIL]

Environment

Performance Management 23.3.11 and higher

Cause

The script failed, after upgrading to version 11.1.1-24, and didn't do the subsequent upgrade to 23.4.0-9

Resolution

Run the installer again:

dr_install.sh -p drinstall.properties

Additional Information

This should complete the upgrade, and bring the Vertica version up to 23.4.0-9
