Configuration Policies take long time to be applied

Issue/Introduction

After creating/modifying any Configuration Policy, it takes long time to be applied on the target:

When running the following CCNF, it works:

ccnfcmda -cmd TriggerMgrConfigUpdate

This issue may also apply for OSIM jobs, which also take long time to be activated.

Environment

Client Automation 14.5 and above

Resolution

The behavior is caused because the default policies related to job activation were changed to a higher value. The policies are the following:

The default value for each is:

• Hello interval: 43200
• Hello message retry - stage one: 120
• Hello message retry - stage two: 2700
• Hello message retry deceleration: 900

If any of these policies have a higher value, it may cause the issue:
