Harvest Installation ISO or Zip File Download Times Out

Issue/Introduction

For certain customers, the installation ISO or a patch or Hot Fix Zip file download will time out because of the size of the file.  How can these files be obtained in another way?

Harvest Software Change Manager all versions

Resolution

In such cases, please open a support case.  The download files can be broken into smaller zip files that would be easier to download using the support case's folder out on the supportftp server.
