Wrong URL loaded by View in DLP button

Issue/Introduction

The View in DLP button on all incident detail pages in the Information Centric Analytics (ICA) console loads a page with the wrong name or IP address of the Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Enforce server and displays an error stating "Page not found".

Cause

The API server name or IP address for the Enforce server is misconfigured in the data source configuration for the DLP integration.

Resolution

Update the API server name or IP address for the Enforce server by following this procedure:

1. Navigate in the ICA portal to Admin > Integration > Data Sources > Choose Data Source | Symantec Data Loss Prevention
2. Click the edit button for the DLP server listed on that page to open the Edit Connection Settings window
3. Click the Next button to proceed to the Database Settings page
4. Enter the DLP database password in the Password field under the Symantec Data Loss Prevention Credentials heading
5. Click the Next button to proceed to the API Settings page
6. Update the API Server Name or IP Address value
7. Click the Next button to proceed to the DLP Custom Field Mapping page
8. Click the Next button to proceed to the Summary page
9. Click the Next button to apply the changes
