IAM fails to start with LDAP error code 49 AcceptSecurityContext error data 52e

Issue/Introduction

The server.log shows the following error: 
ERROR: [LDAP error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-######, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v###]
This is after upgrading from DevTest 10.7.2 to 10.7.2 SP3

Environment

Service Virtualization 10.7.2 SP3

Cause

The Bind credentials password for the LDAP connection in User Federation is not correct.

Resolution

Roll back the DevTest version to 10.7.2 to allow the LDAP Bind Credentials to be updated. 
It may also be possible to update the IAM database to disable the LDAP connection and to start IAM.
Open a support case to assist with updating the IAM database.
