Issue/Introduction

What is the EARL report which permits to identify the tape file with small block-sizes ?

Resolution

Applying the LU13932, the TMEENC01 and MEENC02 earl reports are added and available to look for tape files with a small block-sizes.

In particular running TMEENC02 will look for files with a block-size less than 4k.This definition of "SMALL_BLKSIZE" can easily be changed if you want to increase it to 8K or 16k - or if the report is too large to decrease it to 2k or 1k.
