EDGE QOE stats is blank in VCO

Issue/Introduction

VeloCloud Edge do not have any report on Monitor page. Edge is sending Link quality stats for VCO to plot QOE graphs but we do not see it in VCO.

Verify Time on both VCO and edge(both would be default UTC). Though both are in UTC but they had a difference in time. NTP was not in sync on the edge which cause the time not in sync. This caused QOE graph to be blank.

 

Environment

All SD-WAN edge versions

Cause

Time should match between edge and VCO in-order to plot the graph.

Resolution

Matching Time on VCO and Edge should resolve the issue. This would in-fact affect the all graphs on VCO.
