The JCLCHECK statement in the CA 7 init deck has parameter JCS=Y to force the use of the JCLCheck Common Component (FMID CAZ2C00).
When JCLCheck attempts to open and read the JES2 procedure library, a security violation occurs follows by a S913 abend.
How to avoid the 913 abend?

Runtime option AU (Autoproc).
1. Turn off option AUTOPROC: Look for the JCLCheck runtime options file in the CA 7 init deck, and change option AU to NOAU.
2. Add a SYSPROC DD statement to the CA 7 init deck. The CA 7 started task must have READ access to all the procedure libraries that are allocated to SYSPROC DD.
