DSX is unable to run with Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.3 RU9

Issue/Introduction

DataStoreDSX ran without issues with SEP 14.3 RU8. However after upgrading to 14.3 RU9, the application encounters this error:

"The application cannot run because the application configuration is unusable. Contact your system administrator for assistance."

Cause

The issue is related to the TDAD Policy. 

Resolution

As a workaround, enable the option "Enable Legacy .NET Obfuscation" in the TDAD policy. This is available under the Advanced Options.
