Is it possible to use the same ZSS server for two ZOWE STCs ?

Environment

Component: Brightside, Zowe

Resolution

For two or more Zowe STCs (ZWESLSTC) on the same LPAR it is possible to use one ZWESISTC which is ZIS not ZSS.
ZSS is started as part of main started task,  these names can be interchangeable as both are working together. 

However, configure the second instance to just ignore App-server and ZSS components by disabling it in the zowe.yaml, it will make the startup faster and logs cleaner for that instance.
