Rename 'Cost' to 'Forecast Cost' in Cost Plan Details

Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to change the name of the column 'Cost', to 'Forecast Cost', or some other name? The column being referred to here is visible upon clicking on a Cost Plan at Modern UX -> Projects Grid / Project Tiles -> Individual Project -> Financials.

Resolution

1. It is possible to do this by navigating to Modern UX -> Administration -> Attributes
2. Look for a row with Attribute = "Cost", Object = "Cost Plan Details"
3. Change the "Label" column (by default null), against this row to "Forecast Cost".
