Robot 23.4.x nimbus service fails to start on AIX with ' status inoperative'

Issue/Introduction

nimbus service fails to start with new install and upgrades to robot versions 23.4.x on AIX 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3

Environment

DX UIM 23.4.0, 23.4.1 and 23.4.2

Cause

Missing libiconv library in AIX robot  23.4.0 through 23.4.2

Resolution

Deployed the robot using the AIX 23.4.2.1 rpm version available in HF for robot installation on AIX 7.x
