Option to restore a deleted project from TDM Portal.

Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to restore or recover and incorrectly deleted project from CA TDM web portal?

User deleted it via the gear icon in the portal and X

Environment

TDM Portal 4.10.x onwards

Resolution

There is no option to recover the deleted project.

If there is a recent backup of the repository taken before the project was deleted, restore that backup to get the project. However, will loose the changes done after the repository backup timestamp.

If restoring the backup, if is suggested that a backup of the current state of repository DB be taken as well.

Another option is, if a project export was taken before it was deleted, it was can imported using the export zip file.
