Network Mask not updating for interfaces

Issue/Introduction

The the Network_Mask (0x12dbc) is wrong, but the ifIPMaskList (0x12dba) is correct.

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum all supported releases.

Cause

The Network_Mask (0x12dbc) will not update unless the IP Address  ip_address (0x12dbb) updates as well.

Resolution

Either of the following will update the network mask for interfaces:

1. Change change the ip_address (0x12dbb) of the interface to some other value then run reconfigure model on the device.
2. Delete and discover the device again.
