Dashboard Designer fails to load list widget: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION

Issue/Introduction

When we try to edit / modify the rows or create / set up a new list widget in the DX UIM Operator Console (OC) Dashboard Designer the page / browser crashes / errors with the following error:

Environment

DX UIM 23.4.*
Chrome and Edge browsers

Cause

This is a browser issue observed on some specific scenario and some versions of Google Chrome and/or MS Edge Chromium.

Resolution

• Update Google Chrome or MS Edge Chromium to the latest version and try again
• Use Mozilla Firefox
