Issue/Introduction

Remote System Monitoring ( RSP) profile deployed with the 'File System Filter Enable' checked is not excluding the file systems in the File System Filter List

Example 

Cause

Known issue with RSP 5.53 through 5.56

Resolution

1. Delete the Remote System Monitoring profiles

2. Delete the rsp probe from the robot/hub

3. Download and import rsp probe 5.58 or later version to the UIM archive

4. Create the Remote System Monitoring profiles
