Remote Monitoring time interval revert backs to 1 minute with multiple profiles

Issue/Introduction

Remote Monitoring profiles deployed using rsp 5.53 with poll interval set to 5 minutes changes to 1 minute intermittently in the following scenarios:

Scenario 1: Adding multiple profiles for a the RSP Probe
Scenario 2: Changing the Time Interval

When this issue occurs, the rsp probe gets in a hung state or sometimes crashes and corrupts both the plugin_metric and rsp probe

Cause

Known issue with RSP 5.53 through 5.56

Resolution

1. Delete the Remote System Monitoring profiles

2. Delete the rsp probe from the robot/hub

3. Download and import rsp probe 5.58 or later version to the UIM archive

4. Create the Remote System Monitoring profiles
