Rabbit MQ JDBC Connection shows Error: access to vhost '/' refused for user

Issue/Introduction

For Rabbit MQ  integration, is required to install and configure the tactical assertion AMQPAssertion . 

When configuring RabbitMQ JDBC connection,  getting following Error.

Connection Error:  access to vhost '/' refused for user 'myuser.idm.usr'

Environment

CA API Gateway 10.1 , 11.x

Cause

API gateway needed permission on port 5672, Firewall Rule modification is needed

Resolution

1. The following is needed to implement the Tactical Assertion

AMQPAssertion - User Documentation.pdf

AMQPAssertion-1.2.6-SNAPSHOT.aar

AMQPAssertion-1.2.6-SNAPSHOT.saar

2. For RabbitMQ, the JDBC connection requires the API gateway has permission on port 5672
