Create button is missing when try to create Dashboards, Views, or Reports

Issue/Introduction

• When going to Dashboards, the "Create" button is missing when logging as an AD user account with an Administrator role assigned, or the local user admin.
• Unable to create new dashboard, view, or report

Environment

VMware Aria Operations 8.x

Cause

VMware Aria Operations is Standard edition which does not include the Customizable Dashboards, Reports, and Views feature.

Resolution

Apply an Advanced or Enterprise edition license to VMware Aria Operations
