Issue/Introduction

This is only reproducible in a network where calls to pendo.io are blocked.

1. Use a browser hosted in a Windows OS
2. Close all windows of the browser under consideration
3. Login to Clarity Modern UX, by opening a new window
4. Navigate to 'Custom Investment' module

Expected Results: Relevant data is displayed in this module

Actual Results: A blank screen is shown instead

• DE80731 is not reproducible in 16.2.0, due to a change made in that version
• This change is also part of Patch 5 for 16.1.3.
