TACACS Controller UI Login timeout too short for MFA

Issue/Introduction

During user login via the controller UI, using TACACS authentication and MFA, the user login fails with "Invalid credentials" after a 10 second wait for MFA.

UI Error:

LOGS: Ten second wait from the controller' authentication with TACACS

Environment

Affects Versions: 22.1.x, 30.1.x, 30.2.x

Cause

This issue has been identified to be a limitation on the code base.

Resolution

The controller's login authentication timeout has been increased to 60 seconds to allow time for MFA.
