Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to apply this change to all users instead of only those who have not personalized their settings?

Resolution

As an administrator, you can now set a default Unit of Measure (UOM) for all users in the Clarity 16.2.2 release. This enhancement is exclusive to Clarity and does not apply to Classic PPM. Under System Settings in Administration, you can configure this setting, which is set to Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) by default, ensuring no upgrade impact since the prior default was also FTE. A new  User Defaults tab has been introduced in Administration >System Settings to support this enhancement, allowing you to set the default UOM.

Note: New users' personalized UOM will be set to this default value. Existing users will have their UOM updated to this default if they have not already personalized their settings. However, users who have customized their UOM will retain their preferences.
