CMN-0009: Attribute 'Person Type' has invalid Lookup Value

Issue/Introduction

Unable to add a staff member to an investment using "+" icon if the Resource Person Type field is added to the grid

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Login to MUX and go to Projects or Ideas or Investments
2. On the Staff tab add a team member
3. Notice the Staff member is added successfully. 
4. On the Columns flyout add the Resource object Person type field to the grid
5. Add a new Staff member

Expected Results: The Staff member to be added successfully.
Actual Results: CMN-0009: Attribute 'Person Type' has invalid Lookup Value '{"_self":"http://example.com/ppm/rest/v1/lookups/SRM_RESOURCE_TYPE/lookupValues/0"}'

This is fixed in 16.3.0
