Create button in New Risk is disabled (Create dialog)

Issue/Introduction

In blueprint if Create Dialog is enabled, the create button remain disabled in Project > Risk > New Risk (create dialog) if tab is pressed to pass over required fields.

Project Setup

1. Login to Classic UI and Navigate to Administration > Objects > Risk > Attributes
2. Select and configure Id and make it Auto-numbered
3. Login to MUX and Navigate to Administration > Blueprints
4. Make a custom blueprint from default project blueprint
5. Edit the newly created custom blueprint
6. Add and Configure risk module and enable create dialog, create issue, quick create
   
7. Edit Risk module details > Create form and add below some required(Name, Id) and non-required fields to form example below
   
8. Navigate to Project and create a project using above created custom blueprint

Recreation Steps

   Scenario 1

1. Navigate to Project and Select a project using custom blueprint(created above)
2. Navigate to Risk Module and click on New Risk
   
3. The New risk dialog will open as below
   
4. Instead of filling details in Name* (required) field just key-in Tab key/or mouse click to move to next which move the tab-index to ID*
5. Navigate back to Name* field either via Click or Ctrl+Shift+Tab
6. Enter the value in all the form field and the create button will not be enabled
   

   Scenario 2

1. Navigate to Project and Select a project using custom blueprint(created above)
2. Navigate to Risk Module and click on New Risk
   
3. The New risk dialog will open as below
   
4. Fill in details in Name* field and press Tab key/or mouse click to move to next field
   
5. Navigate back to Name* field via Mouse click /Ctrl+Shift+Tab and remove all the content of the Name* field. The create button is disabled as all required field on form doesn't have value
   
6. Enter the value again in the Name* field and in all fields of form and the create button will not be enabled
   

Expected Result: The create button should be enabled when all the required fields on Create Dialog form have valid value

Actual Result: The create button is disabled even though all required field in forms have valid value

Resolution

The issue is validate and fixed in 16.2.3
