The SDDC Manager workflow will eventually fail but unfortunately we don't have the error to reflect.
You will observe that when attempting to add an ESXi host via SDDC Manager --- the host stays in "Enabling" within NSX and never fails/progresses.
You may observe this error within the ESXi host logs: /var/log/nsx-syslog:
level="ERROR" errorCode="MPA12104"] Failed to get vmk state info for dvs <dvs name>
You may also observe a connection to the NSXT Managers from the ESXi host:
[root@<hostname>:/var/log] esxcli network ip connection list | grep -E "1234|1235"

NSX Compute Manager (vCenter) needs to be synchronized with NSX.
Navigate to NSX UI > System > Compute Manager and edit the vCenter.
Click on the FQDN and click 'edit' and provide the [email protected] credentials to re-authenticate.
Note. The compute manager may be "up" and green.
