How to delete Portal API templates from the default category ?

Issue/Introduction
We had requested to have the template l7.apim.system - Rate & Quota Policy Template - 2.0 removed from the list of templates so as not to confuse developers using the custom templates we created.
Engineering provided some steps to use the forcedelete=True parameter in PAPI, however, the same steps no longer work because because of the new Template Categories feature on Portal 5.2.3 version.
We are unable to delete the template because it's part of the default category and there's no way to remove it from the category.
Is there another way to remove or at least hide that template so that it's not visible in the list of templates ?

CA Developer Portal 5.2.3
Cause
There is an Alert message indicating what steps to follow , but seems not clear to follow.
Resolution
1. try clicking or hit the Alert link saying "This Category has missing template(s) . Ensure to remove them using Remove missing templates." at the top to remove the missing templates then click on save.
