No need to reassemble Datacom Options members with maintenance update.

Issue/Introduction

The MUF was originally upgraded to 15.1 in September 2023, and now the plan is to apply maintenance to that MUF.

Apart from items specified in HOLD ACTION (ex DBCVTPR), do the other items for Datacom DB like DBSIDPR, DBUR*, DQOPTLST...etc., need to be assembled again?

If all these options members were built with the original 15.1 upgrade, there is no need to do them again, unless they are specifically mentioned in the HOLD data for any particular solution.
