When does message RMA008E MIGRATOR MODULE - RML@MGRT - COULD NOT BE LOADED occur

Issue/Introduction

For the analysis of a tablespace migration running in Online Mode or Batch Mode message:

RMA008E MIGRATOR MODULE - RML@MGRT - COULD NOT BE LOADED 
MIGRATOR ANALYSIS COMPLETED, RETURN CODE =  16       

Why could the RC/Migrator for Db2 for z/OS (RCM) module not be loaded?

Resolution

The FETCH for module RML@MGRT failed because of insufficient storage is available.
If you run the analysis in Online Mode please increase the TSO region size, therefore you need to logoff.
If you run the analysis in Batch Mode check the REGION SIZE in the JCL and increase it to REGION=0M.
