Issue/Introduction

When attempting to upgrade Aria Operations for Logs from one major release to another, such as 8.14 to 8.18 you receive the following error error:

• Upgrade Failed - Failed to upgrade: rpm file is missing .

Cause

When upgrading Aria Operations For Logs, the upgrades must be done incrementally. For example, if the version in use is 8.14, you must upgrade to 8.16 first, and then 8.18, etc.
