Environment

Cause

 

Resolution

The issue is that the monitor has the option 'Binary data' checked but there is no data file uploaded. To fix, uncheck the option.

Latter SE worked and fix has been deployed so even with "Binary data" checked and nothing uploaded, saving the monitor should work fine.
