RSP fails with 'Connection to X.X.X.X failed or login refused' - No route to host

Issue/Introduction

Remote system being monitored by RSP reports the following error

Connection to X.X.X.X failed or login refused

rsp.log captures the error below

rsp: Connection failed for host X.X.X.X: No route to host
rsp: exec_monitor: Failed to start data collection utility for <FQDN> X.X.X.X

Resolution

1. Run nslookup against the remote system IP address & FQDN and confirmed the IP address.

2. If the IP address returned by nslookup does not match with the IP in the RSP profile, update the profile with the correct IP and rediscover the device
