Issue/Introduction

We want a tool to register/unregister ODC as a service and stop/start a service rather than using the command line 

How can I setup ODC on windows to start/stop as a service?

Currently the run.bat is a command line tool only.

We tried NSSM (Non sucking Service Manager)  - it will start the service but it cannot stop the service.

Additional Information

We don't have ODC (and even Restmon as you know) available as Windows service that runs in Windows through a batch file. There is no installer per se for ODC which could have installed ODC as a windows service. This will be an ER
