Some alerts are in "Unknown status" after upgrade of DX Operational Observability

Issue/Introduction

After the upgrade to DX Operational Observability some of our alerts are in "Unknown status" even thought they are active and agents / metrics are available.

Environment

• DX O2 SaaS, On-premise
• DX SaaS

Cause

The issue is related to DE611297 - a known issue of APM Alerts in “Unknown” state after Cluster restart/upgrade. 

Resolution

• Fixed in latest version of SaaS 26.8
• For DX O2 onPrem, the current workaround is scale down and up the APM MOM pod (apm-em-##-######-###)
