This issue has been introduced in TAS 4.0.25, 5.0.15 6.0.5 by push-apps-manager-release v677.0.48
When a user lists the apps bound to a shared service, it keeps showing "Loading…“
This happens when the user doesn’t have access permission on the space where the shared service was originally created.
This will be fixed in TAS TAS 4.0.27, 5.0.17 6.0.7
In the meanwhile, as a workaround, giving the user access to the space where the service was created solves the problem.
