INTF_CNT_MISMATCH alerts in VCO Events

Issue/Introduction
A user may observe Interface count mismatch detected shmcount 0 global count 14 on VCO events.
Above events occurs if there is a mismatch between the edge memory and shared memory.
Environment
All Vmware velocloud sd-wan edge
Resolution
This is a cosmetic issue, intended to capture additional diagnostics from an edge.
We recommend upgrading the edge to a version with the fixes for Bug-id-93383, 86994, and 102312.
The latest LTS version R5233-20240719-GA for edge has the fix for all above bug-id
