Assigned Resources search closes if user types before it is populated

Issue/Introduction

In Tasks timeline view - Assigned resource column

If you type too fast/before some resources are loaded in view, the search box disappears.  So if there is any latency and the user starts typing before the first initial resources are loaded then the box will disappear

Steps to Reproduce: 

Pre-requisites

Need to have an environment with 10k+ resources

In MUX

1. Go to Projects grid view
2. Set the Project to Assignment pool = Resource Pool
3. Open Project and go to Tasks module>>Timeline view
4. Add Assigned Resources as a column
5. Click in assigned resources field and start typing BEFORE the resource names are loaded

Expected Result - The user can type in the name and it filters 

Actual Result - The user types in the name and the search bar closes
