When adding Spectrum as a Data Source the Username and Password fields are greyed out

Issue/Introduction

Unable to add the Spectrum Data Source in Portal because the username and password fields are not editable.

Environment

Performance Management 23.3.11

Cause

This is a known issue fixed in 23.3.12

Symptom: When adding Spectrum as a data source, on the Add Data Source dialog, the Username and Password fields are not always editable (they are disabled).
Resolution: With this fix, the Username and Password fields are now always editable.

Resolution

As a workaround try choosing a different Data Source and come back to Spectrum, that will make them available to modify.
