Jasper Studio 9.0 : Internet connection required

Issue/Introduction

The new JasperStudio 9.0 version requires an active Internet connection. 

This is not listed in the "Requirements" section of the TIBCO installation documentation

However, the section "Logging in to the Jaspersoft Community" states that an active Internet connection is required to start JasperStudio

Is there a work around to this requirement?

Resolution

Tibco has provided an offline installer for JasperStudio 9.0 to be used that does not require an internet connection/login to community
