iDash cannot connect to AE database

Cannot connect to the autosys database via the iDASH admin tool. Test db connection fails:

Update the following properties for the $IDASH_HOME/etc/idash.conf file on the iDash server and restart the server. 

This will allow iDash to skip the ping verification step of the db host. 

Assuming the other information provided to iDash is correct and available the test connection should then succeed.
