Issue/Introduction

What if Analysis not giving any results in Aria Operations

When we run the scenario, it does not provide results however if we change the number of servers and run it again then it works fine.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.16.0 

Cause

Scenario result page loading consists of two methods - show summary and details. When capacity scenario is being ran from the grid, the details loading method finishes earlier than the summary method which makes Aria Operations unable to access configuration information and not give any result.

Resolution

This is a known issue in Aria Operations 8.16.0 which shall be fixed in an upcoming release

Workaround:

You need to change the number of servers and re-run the scenario then it will give your required results.

Example- If you run a what-if scenario for 8 servers, change it to 7 and run the scenario. After that change the number of servers back to 8 and run the scenario again. This should work.
