VIP Hub Authentication Page does not render when Accessing from Microsoft Teams (O365)

Issue/Introduction

Running VIP Authentication Hub, when authentication with Microsoft Teams as first authentication, after getting redirecting after to VIP Authentication Hub MFA login page fails to display, due to a rendering error, as a "spinning wheel" appears.

The logs show no problems.

It seems that the VIP Hub authentication page cannot be rendered by the "integrated browser in Teams", while the SiteMinder FCC has no issues.

 

Resolution

Upgrade VIP Authentication Hub to 3.2.1 when this one will be available to get the product enhanced to support embedded IE11 MSHTML Trident version (1).
